We understand that there are inherent risks in ordering items online. Risks such as actual colors that may differ from your computer display, fit might not be as what you have envisioned, or any other expectations that may arise from not being able to actually feel the product.

At clothlogic, we want to make it easy by using a pre-paid return label that is included with every order (Effective April 1, 2008). You have 21 calendar days to use the enclosed UPS return label. Return Authorization number from our customer service representatives is no longer required when making a return or exchange.

Please allow 7 business days after we received your return(s) with Return and Exchange Form filled out completely. We will issue your refund in the same manner in which it was originally paid. However, please understand that the original shipping fee is not refundable, for that has already been paid to the carrier.

You have 14 calendar days to receive a credit on price difference. For example, you purchase on March 01, and the prices changed on or before March 15, then you are entitled to the difference in the form of gift certificate only. This can only be redeemed online at clothlogic.com. We only exchange for different size or color of the same style.

This and other policy on this page is not negotiable. Please do not put our staff in the difficult position of making an exception. We value all of our customers and strive to treat each and everyone of you in the same consistent manner. We do not offer preferential treatment to any customer for any reason, because that would not be fair to everyone else.

How to Return an Item

1. You have 21 calendar days to use enclosed UPS return label.
2. Fill out the enclosed Return & Exchange Form completely. You can download the form here.

3. Put the Return & Exchange Form and your return(s) in a carton.
4. Put the enclosed UPS Return Label on top of carton.
5. Please keep your UPS Return tracking number on your record.
6. Drop your return(s) at a UPS store. Find the nearest UPS drop off location here:
